HI PEEPS.

I will be starting my 30 days blog challenge either tonight or tomorrow.
So I'll prolly be blogging everyday and the fact that exam was over spells... ITS TIME TO PARTY!
(Ok, that's bullshit. I have no time to party. :\ )

Anyway, I have been trying this jaw exercise to get rid of double chin. I don't know if this is self delusional or what but I think it works! So, I think I have to share these awesome shit! 

You know all the crap like


1) You can lose a double chin by eating less. By limiting your calorie intake, you reduce the amount of fat you store in your body and your face.
and...
2) Exercising burns more calories and reduces the amount of fat in your overall body. 


FORGET ABOUT THOSE BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE YOU AGES AND MIGHT PROLLY LOOK LIKE A STICK BY THE TIME YOU LOSE YOUR DOUBLE CHIN. 

What you really have to do is to exercise your muscle called the platysma!

Now, this is the new revolution. HAHAHAHA
BETTER READ IT. Just 2 steps!

Exercising the muscle we called the platysma is the most recommended exercise for getting rid of a double chin. 
To exercise this muscle,


1) Open your mouth wide,
2) Pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth, and then work your jaw up and down as if you were trying to scoop something up with your lower jaw.
3) Repeat this for about 3 minutes

This is called the shovel, and you look like a moron doing it, but eventually you'll start to notice a difference if you stick to a daily routine.

P.S.: Do not overdo it, because i think you might dislocate your jaw. HAHA.
